Hunger is controlled by the brain. Sandra Aamodt,  neuroscientest notes that diets don’t work. Mood Food’s theory takes this notion to an easily executional level with a few steps in which you can get support on any or all of them:

 

  • 1) What is your goal

  • 2) what are your limitations or obstacles

  • 3) how does your body respond to eating balanced macros

  • 4) how to tweak that to align mind, body and goal.

The Eat to Empower Cooklet is a collection of some of my most popular recipes geared to provide a balance of Protein, Carbohydrates, Fiber and Fats.  Some of these recipes are based on recipes from your favorite chefs.  When your body receives what it needs you may discover  that you feel fuller for longer and cravings disappear, treats can be eaten without guilt, have more energy, shred, gain mass, sleep better and will have a better handle on what to eat to face a more stressful day, an episode of depression or an event where you need to put forth your most badass self.
